What is PSV* TAX LIEN INCOME?

If you have identified a charge on your credit card or bank statement from PSV* TAX LIEN INCOME…

It’s because you purchased a special tax lien report either through your free email subscription to Unconventional Wealth or directly from the UCW website.

Keep in mind the following scenarios for unknown charges:

  1. Some of our auxiliary services come with convenient automatic renewal so there is no chance of interrupted service. At the end of your free trial or original subscription term, your credit card on file will be billed automatically under the original billing terms. If you’d like to remove your subscription from automatic renewal, please email our customer care team at feedback@unconventionalwealth.com.
  2. An order may have been placed by a family member, friend or co-worker with access to your credit card.
  3. A back-ordered or preordered item shipped, or an order was split into multiple payments as stipulated on the order form.
  4. In an effort to better serve our customers, we utilize credit and debit card preauthorization. Occasionally, you will see an additional PENDING charge(s) on your statement until our merchant clears the transaction. There is no need to contact us — the pending authorization hold(s) will be automatically removed from your account within 3–5 days.

How and when will my money be returned to me?

Your refund will be returned in the form of the original payment. If you paid for your service with a credit or debit card, you will see a credit on your statement within one business week after cancellation. If you paid with a check, a check refund will be mailed to you within two–three business weeks.

What is my refund policy?

Your billing and offer terms are outlined on the original order form you filled out to complete your purchase. You can also find your same billing and offer terms in the email confirmation you received when your order was processed.

How do I know if my order went through?

A confirmation page will appear as soon as you submit your completed order form. Within 24 hours, you will also receive a confirmation by email. Your email confirmation will include electronic access to the special report or product you purchased, as well as your username and password to log in to the UCW website.

If you are an existing member, your new report or product will be added to your account within 24 hours of placing your order.

How can I make a payment?

If you are unable to place an order through our electronic order form, you can contact our customer care team at 855-251-6937 to make a payment over the phone or get the information you need to send a check through the mail.
