I’m not getting my emails. What should I do?
Because we normally send email alerts through a broadcast server, some internet providers automatically recognize the email alerts as spam or junk mail and filter out those messages. In an attempt to prevent this, please save these email addresses to your email account under Safe Senders, Address Book, Contacts or Favorites:

If the problem persists, you may need to contact your internet service provider (ISP) and ask it to whitelist our email addresses. If your ISP insists it is not blocking our emails, please follow the instructions for whitelisting our addresses below:
If the problem still persists, please contact our customer care team to provide another email address. We suggest opening a free email account, such as with Google or Yahoo.
